New Children’s Meditation Hour with Adrienne Chaney and Michelle Lugo

Adrienne has been teaching 6th grade elementary education for over 12 years and has worked with children for the past 21 years. She has a four year old, which gives her lots of experience. She is taking courses on Meditation for children.

In the beginning of “Masters” we had a children’s meditation class before Faire / evenings. We want to bring that back and Michelle Lugo has volunteered to lead the class. Please sign up in the kitchen if you have teens interested!

Michelle has worked with teens for some time and comes to us with the same desire to guide children.

We are hoping to develop two classes with different age groups. Both girls will be happy to talk to you so come early September 20th at 2:00pm. This class will continue once a month!

Millie Lugo, another one of our gifted teachers, is offering two new Introduction classes

Understanding Elementary Feng Shui Concepts and The Law of Attraction, What’s Keeping Us From It? (based on The Key by Joe Vitale). Please call the center if you are interested in either class.

Carol May will be doing Exquisite Joy Dec. 7th at 1:30pm, a very Christmas Holiday Special!
